Mel Cooks Delicious Desserts

Making a knockout, must-have, more-ish dessert can be a little tricky, but with the Delicious Desserts Cooking Class you’ll have your friends and family coming back for seconds every time. Check out the experience review and pics emailed in from Mel, a beloved RedBalloon recipient. It was too good not to publish! We especially love that by the end of the class she was even showing the chef how it’s done!

I absolutely loved the dessert cooking class and am now qualified to cook the following 5 desserts.

  1. Baked Cheesecake with Flamed Blueberries
  2. Coconut and Lychee Tapioca
  3. Fruit and Nut Clusters with White Chocolate and Toasted Shredded Coconut
  4. Strawberries poached in Dessert Wine coated with Chocolate Fondue and Orange Syrup
  5. Raspberry soufflé

Below are a couple of pictures from the day.

I look forward to displaying my new skills this weekend. Thinking we will give the Coconut and Lychee Tapioca a whirl as is definitely the healthiest on the menu!
