E-marketer, social media-er and blogger at RedBalloon. I’ve not yet thrown myself out of a plane – I tend to enjoy experiences of a less-adventurous nature. These include cheese tasting on Fort Denison, wine tasting in the Hunter Valley and my favourite, the sports car drive day. When I’m not being a busy little marketer, I’m drinking tea and dreaming about becoming a famous author of children’s books. That and thinking about the next experience I’m going to go on. Something a little out of my comfort zone… Shark diving, perhaps?
They both come with four legs, sport fur and have found a cosy place in the hearts of humans… BUT some people are still only cat people and some love dogs best. This Sunday is International Talk Like a Pirate Day – it’s on September 19 each year. And seeing as RedBallooners are such a bunch of seafarin’ ruffians, we’re all pretty keen to get on board the ship. We’ve got the outfits down to a tee, however it’s actually TALKIN’ like a pirate that’s the challenge.
Having been lucky enough to complete an eight-week photography workshop recently, I thought I’d share a few tips with budding photographers and give a bit of advice for people who want to learn more about DSLR photography.
If anyone is going to go all out celebrating the FIFA World Cup with crazy costumes, balls, a BBQ lunch, outfit parade, and more balls, it’s us. (Without actually going there, that is.) Want to see some HILARIOUS costumes? Read on…
Chocolate, martinis and strawberries – oh, my! Chocolate, martinis and strawberries… It was time to stop gushing over the delicious array of food that was sitting in front of me and start consuming. The experience: Chocolate Fondue & Martinis for Two. The location: a dimly lit, ornate bar in an inner suburb of Sydney. The occasion: a friend’s birthday.
Our seven most incredible experiences are all the buzz at RedBalloon today. Be a human cannonball, stay in the Vampire Hotel, become a fully qualified ninja and more. We’d like to know which ones you’d like to do!
