A hat trick of awards at RedBalloon
Every business loves a Friday, but today at RedBalloon is extra special. From lunchtime yesterday we scored a swag of awards so we’re shouting from the rooftops.
Everyone’s a winner at RedBalloon!
For the second year in a row Redballoon has been a finalist in the Hewitt Best Employer Awards for Australia and New Zealand. We were trumped for the top title by a trio of IT companies, one of which was Microsoft. Not bad for a company of 50 Ballooners.
And the Oscar goes to…
Each month at RedBalloon we host the Oscars…RedBalloon-style. Staff are nominated by their peers for living one of the RedBalloon values, and get 150 points to spend on the RedBalloon website (1 point = $1) and the Oscar statue on their desk for the month.

What did you get up to for Christmas Eve? We raced to sell 654,321 RedBalloon experiences by 4pm! We also had a BBQ, Kris Kringle and a special award announcement.
